According to Carta, the median advisor share at pre-seed is 0.24%. The FAST v3 standard gives 1.0% for expertise, vesting over 2 years.

The company transfers 1.5% of equity and 1.5% of net profit to the advisor. Together that is 3% of the economics — 12.5 times the median.

The fund invests up to $500,000 over 30 years. We do not demand a hurried resale of the business, so the advisor earns alongside the founder, out of dividends.
