The matching protocol: the calculation comes before the introduction.
We match the founder–advisor pair by natal charts on the Data Cube platform. The calculation is put in writing before the first meeting, so that nothing gets bent to fit a personal impression. It guarantees no success, but it produces a concrete list of questions for the conversation.

Putting it on paper before you meet.
We calculate synastry strictly before the two people see each other's CVs. The document sets out the topics where views and management styles are most likely to diverge.

Is this a way to soothe anxiety, or a tool?
Critics fairly point out that unscientific methods often serve as an illusion of control. We claim no accuracy percentages and we do not put the calculation in place of business due diligence: it is a protocol for preparing a conversation.

The calculation has no veto.
The algorithm makes no decisions for people and closes no deal on its own. If both sides still see the value in working together after talking through where they differ, the work begins.
